China government modify its control to internet

It is no longer at all a secret that the government of China has strengthened its control to the internet; Yet, with the increase of Internet user, they have found that it is harder to control the public mind with simplex measures.

In the past, almost all of the posts or web pages which criticize the government will be deleted at once, yet, today the tendency of Sino government is: you can criticize the government, IF ONLY IN ITS TONE; on the other hand, you can also praise the government, IF ONLY IN ITS TONE.

In the past June, a corruption scandal about Beijing 2008 Olympic was disclosed, and the sacked Beijing vice-mayor, Liu Zhihua, was arrested. The news was first disclosed by Xinhua news agency, the official news agency of China, however, in a short time later, all of the web pages and posts in the internet discussing this corruption scandal were all deleted, those news pages in official tones left.

On the other hand, in the end of this June, baidu.com, the fast-developing search-engine-based website, closed some online forums of its own. Those forums are all about Marxism or socialism, and many enthusiastic Marxism fans are used to advocating their ideals and positive comments to government affairs. However, some fans regarded that some of the present governmental policies by Sino government were opposite to pure Marxism, which inducted their criticism to the government; and this was one of the main reasons for the close of these forums.
