North Korea's Earth Hour

For years we have known that North Korea is implementing its own Songun Politics or military-first politics, but no one knows that North Korea is implementing world's largest environment-protecting politics and succeeds in turning its country to the most environmentally-friendly country, and you can see they turned all their lights off for the Earth Hour.

It is said they keep turning off their lights, as well as other electron-instruments, from time to time as if they do not need electricity. Vow, they have done a good job in protecting environment!
