Military Expert: US submarine will be twisted by kelp

Zhang Zhaozhong, the well-known military expert, said lately in an interview (screenshot as above):

"US nuclear submarine can not come to the Yellow Sea to the west of Korea Peninsula, as Yellow Sea is too shallow, less than fifty meters or so, for submarines. If the submarines be surfaced, the kelp raised by the people and the nylon ropes will twist the submarines."


Well, I don't fake it, this is the very words from the Chinese TOP military expert! They are still used to judging submarines based on the standards of the last century.
