Guangzhou: Urban police arrested a woman-peddler right on her daughter's face

March 6th, 2013, Guangzhou, China. An urban policeman harshly arrested a woman-peddler as she was said to stain the appearance of the city. The arrest took place right in front of the woman's two-year-old daughter. The daughter wanted to hug her mother to stop the arrest, but the mother was unable to hug her daughter as her hands were handcuffed behind.

According to certain Chinese urban management laws, the mother would have to pay some fine depending on her cooperative attitude before she could be freed.
