Look at the poster found in Tibet, read the English on it: No Distributing Any Unhealthy Thoughts or Objects.
You may be puzzled by the words, what is "Unhealthy Thoughts"? Don't worry, you will never know it. Are the Unhealthy Thoughts the illegal thoughts? But it is interesting in China that you never know what is legal and what is illegal, because the Communist Party leads the legal system and never establishes a real solid standard to build a clear-cut law system. So you never know whether you really break the law or not.
Go back to "Unhealthy Thoughts", it is the Party who defines what is healthy and what is unhealthy. The standard, in fact, is simple: the Party defines it healthy, then it is healthy; the Party defines it unhealthy, then it is unhealthy.
Here comes the question: does the Tibetan religion belong to "Unhealthy Thoughts"? Well, it depends. For example, Dalai Lama's religion surely belongs to Unhealthy Thoughts according to the Party's definition. Actually, this poster is established here to forbid the distribution of Dalai Lama's thoughts.
