There have been many protest happened recently against Japan on Diaoyu islands/Senkaku islands since the quarrel between China and Japan began. So some media started to worry about what about there might be a war between China and Japan?
Well, don't worry, China Communist Party would not choose to start a war against Japan, no matter what it said through governmental media. The technical reasons were very clear: China would not afford such a war. Most high-tech technology in Chinese military come from Russia, China is still unable to master the high technology like engines for airplanes. China's missiles sound good, which is the only point of Chinese military. China once stole some technology from the US, which is far less than enough to land the army on the islands.
Last but not least, China spends much more money in maintaining the domestic stability, which seriously burdens its fiscal income and makes it difficult to financially support its military. Do you think China would afford such a war?
