The election of every Chinese president: from Mao Zedong to Xi Jinping

Today let's take a loot at the every Chinese president's election.

The first one, Mao Zedong, among all of the members of NPC, short for National People's Congress, 1210 Yes, 0 No, and 0 Abstaining. Well, you know the special era, everyone in China regarded Chairman Mao as the real pope for China, everyone kept reciting "Long Live Chairman Mao" daily.

Now Chinese people made progress. We know that it is too fake to see a 100% support. So you see here comes the result of Mr. Xi Jiping's election: among all of the members of NPC, 2952 Yes, 1 No and 3 Abstaining. You know, we have to fake some opposition in the election in order to show that there is democracy in China.

A rumor is that it was Mr. Xi Jiping who voted against himself. Well, he had reason to do that if he thought himself under-qualified for the position, he can speak to the the public 5 years later when his office is due: "Hey, don't blame me for my bad policy for the country, I know I'm under-qualified and I vote against myself 5 years ago!"
