Hong Kong limits travelers to transport infant milk powder to Mainland China

The Hong Kong government limits travelers crossing the border to transport two tins of infant milk powder or 1.8kg in total to Mainland China, as public concern over shortages reached fever pitch.

This policy humiliates the Mainland government, as it is unable to offer clean milk powder to all the infants, except those who are offspring of bureaucrats, in Mainland.
