Xinxiang, Henan province, China. Facing with the depletion of groundwater, local farmers have to make use of waste-water from local paper mills for wheat irrigation while being unable to afford to dig 100-meter-deep groundwater.
When asked whether they would dare to eat the irrigated wheat, the farmer interviewed smiled and answered, "No, we sell all the wheat to you (urban people)."
Well, too much pollution in China at present, maybe to eat rice is a better choice when travelling to Henan?
