Yeah, you are right, this is the very Chinese Aircraft Carrier named "Liaoning". In the past National Day, Chinese navy decorated the ship with so many lights, and made it a Night Club Ship.
I think this is the very point for Chinese Aircraft Carrier: it is for entertainment, not for military.
